📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize hotel reservations using booking platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, and Agoda.
• Communicate effectively with hotels and clients to secure the best accommodations and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Monitor and update reservation statuses, ensuring all bookings meet our high standards of quality and service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel reservations and travel services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of reservation strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hotel reservations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel agency operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience using hotel booking platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, or Agoda.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
