📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and documents to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management to address identified issues.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control processes and procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Effective communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
