This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.

Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.

Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.

Provide training and documentation to users.

Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid work permit for Bali.
