📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of section heads to ensure departmental objectives are met.,Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Providing guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and grow professionally.,Monitoring and evaluating departmental performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of successful team management and development.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
