📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and offer support throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
