📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Identify and implement new business opportunities and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably in a remote or international setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices is desirable.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
