📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the company's recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening potential candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus.
