📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing cash transactions at the clinic, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and receipts.,Collaborate with the cashier and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's cash drawer and supplies.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software, such as Microsoft Office.,Good understanding of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
