📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable using SAP and Oracle.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct regular collections calls and follow-ups to resolve payment disputes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial tracking and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
