📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and mentor the branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch financial performance to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and managing branch operations.,Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
