EDI Specialist - Logistics & Customs Coordination

As an EDI Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting EDI transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining secure and efficient communication channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and improve EDI processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with PPJK and Indonesia Customs to streamline customs clearance processes.
• Develop and maintain EDI documentation, including transaction sets, implementation guides, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and improve EDI processes.
• Monitor and report on EDI performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for EDI and INSW processes.
• Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on EDI systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for EDI and customs coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including X12, EDIFACT, and ANSI ASC X12.
• Proficiency in using EDI software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and others.
• Experience in logistics and customs coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in EDI or related field is a plus.
