In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental management, including waste reduction, pollution control, and resource conservation. You will work closely with our operations team to implement and monitor environmental policies and procedures, ensuring that we meet or exceed regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement environmental management systems, including ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and coordinate environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement waste management and pollution control strategies to minimize environmental impact.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on environmental best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and environmental consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, with a strong focus on industrial operations.
• Certification in ISO 14001 or other relevant environmental management systems.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to the industrial sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using environmental management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations, including Morowali Utara.
