📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive homecare services to children, including health monitoring, nutrition guidance, and developmental support.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Conduct regular health assessments and vaccinations, ensuring children receive timely and appropriate medical care.
• Educate families on childcare best practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's health and development.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for children in their homes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare or pediatric nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Midwife (Bidan Terdaftar) from the Indonesian Health Ministry.
• Strong knowledge of child development and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records systems such as SIMRS or similar.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards children and families.
