Camp Shop Nusantara is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dili. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance handling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle all aspects of payroll processing and administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Timor-Leste.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Tetun.,Experience with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
