📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including a team of accountants.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
