Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Oversee the work of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice on mechanical engineering projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on project management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.,Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards is a plus.
