📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
