📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English communication skills.
