📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Group Pharmacy, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with national and international pharmacy regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, quality, and efficiency.,Manage a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication management and patient care.,Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of pharmacy practice.,Represent the Group Pharmacy at industry events and conferences.,Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in pharmacy practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmacy management.,Proven track record of successfully managing pharmacy operations.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
