📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by training and supervising F&B staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.,Manage budgets and expenses related to F&B operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and event planning.,Monitor and analyze F&B sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in F&B service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.,Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.,Experience with budget management and financial reporting.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
