As a Civil Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all structures are in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, parking lots, and other infrastructure to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of our facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
