As an HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR documentation. You'll also be involved in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update employee records using SAP HR or similar HRIS.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
- Onboard new hires and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Proficient in using HRIS software, such as SAP HR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
