📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Oversee the general services department, ensuring efficient operations of facilities and administrative functions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development opportunities
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Manage budgets for HR and general services departments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general services management
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and general office software
