📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of hotel-wide systems.
• Implement and maintain hotel technology infrastructure, including guest room technology, POS systems, and housekeeping management software.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and ensure they are proficient in using hotel systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the hospitality industry and recommend appropriate solutions for implementation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies that enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to hotel technology.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining hotel technology systems, including PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and guest room technology.
• Strong knowledge of hotel technology standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hotel technology software such as Opera, Siriux, or similar systems is a plus.
