As a Collections Specialist at Private Advertiser in Badung, you’ll be at the forefront of our financial strategy, working closely with clients to ensure timely payments and strong relationships. You’ll leverage tools like SAP and Oracle to track and manage receivables, and use your negotiation skills to resolve payment disputes effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track accounts receivable using SAP and Oracle.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure timely payments.
- Conduct regular collections calls and follow-ups to resolve payment disputes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
