📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and cold brews.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Source and select high-quality coffee beans, working with local and international suppliers.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the shop well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall vision and growth of Vape dan Coffee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to craft and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew techniques.
• Experience using coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor characteristics.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
