📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems for luxury building projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of building services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E management for building projects.
• Certifications in relevant M&E systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tropical climate challenges and solutions.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and standards in Bali.
